Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and dynamic Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter to provide outstanding customer service through live chat support, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive experience for clients, while efficiently managing appointment scheduling for our sales or service teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.

  • Provide detailed information about products or services to potential customers.

  • Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and determining customer needs.

  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives or service teams based on customer requests.

  • Maintain an organized record of all customer interactions and appointments.

  • Address customer concerns and questions, providing accurate and timely responses.

  • Use CRM or scheduling software to manage and track appointments.

  • Follow up with potential clients and leads to confirm or reschedule appointments.

  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer inquiries in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.

  • Meet individual and team targets for chat response time, customer satisfaction, and appointment booking.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Live Chat Agent, Appointment Setter, or in a similar customer-facing role.

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to converse with customers via live chat.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service levels.

  • Experience with CRM and scheduling software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or others).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations and appointments simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working with customers from diverse backgrounds.

  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting.

  • Familiarity with chatbots or automated chat software.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required.
