We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data within our system. You should be comfortable working independently, have strong attention to detail, and be able to meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into our internal databases and systems.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure proper formatting.
• Update and maintain existing records in the database.
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
• Manage and organize large sets of data, ensuring all files are correctly filed.
• Communicate with team members to clarify and resolve data issues.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Meet deadlines and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative tasks, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
• Familiarity with online data entry platforms or database management systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data entry software (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Typing speed of at least 40-50 words per minute.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
