Logistics Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the logistics sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through various channels.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the logistics process.
  • Manage all aspects of the account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing account management and renewal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and optimize processes.
