Arizona Care Providers has open positions for Direct Support Providers in Goodyear, Avondale, Peoria, Surprise, Glendale, Buckeye and Surrounding Areas!

We provide one-on-one, home-based services for children and young adults who have developmental disabilities.

After school, evening, and weekend hours available!! Flexible schedules!

Skills/ Requirements:

Our providers follow programs that are tailored to each individuals' strengths and needs. Your job responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of our special individuals. The services we offer are as follows:

Requirements for all applicants:

Must be eligible to obtain a finger print clearance card before getting hired. (No arrests during the past 5 years)

-Free training available (must have level one fingerprint clearance card active) : CPR/First Aid & Article 9

Excellent work history, ethics, and dependability
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Must be able to pass through Central Registry (Department of Child Safety background check)

- Must be at least 18 years of age (licensing requirement). If driving is required for the position, must be 23 years old with no more than two (2) minor moving violations or one (1) accident within the past five (5) years, or be 21 years old with no more than one (1) moving violation within the past three (3) years.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both in writing and verbally.
- Able to positively interact and develop rapport with consumers and their families, professional support staff, and various levels of staff from community agencies.
- Able to maintain a calm, non-defensive, supportive attitude during crisis or potential crisis situations.
