NOW HIRING - Customer Service positions

OnTrac’s Customer Care Center located in Chandler, AZ is currently hiring full time Customer Care Advocates.

Successful candidates will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls tracking packages and shipment updates.
  • Schedule parcel pickups and respond to general information inquiries.
  • Enjoy working in a professional, casual, team based environment with extensive customer contact!
  • Work a full time set schedule with hours ranging from 6:00AM to Midnight Monday through Saturday, 4:00PM to Midnight on Sundays.

Our ideal Customer Care Advocates will have:

 

  • 12 months of customer service and/or call center experience, preferred

  • Ability to multi-task between numerous applications in a windows based environment

 

  • Solid Judgment and willingness to escalate issues quickly and efficiently

  • Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary to complete various tasks

  • Ability to communicate and interface effectively with many types of people

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instruction

  • Ability to pass a verbal assessment test

  • Ability to pass an alphanumeric keystroke test by typing 20 wpm at 95% accuracy

 

  • A knowledge of personal computers in a window based environment, with skills in all Microsoft Office software

  • Analytical thinker who can make fast decisions and adapt to changes while remaining focused on customer, team and Company goals

  • Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed timely

  • Thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment

  • Have strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instruction

  • Be able to attend a 4-week training session Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5:45 PM; subject to change based on business needs

  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
