OnTrac’s Customer Care Center located in Chandler, AZ is currently hiring full time Customer Care Advocates.
Successful candidates will:
12 months of customer service and/or call center experience, preferred
Ability to multi-task between numerous applications in a windows based environment
Solid Judgment and willingness to escalate issues quickly and efficiently
Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary to complete various tasks
Ability to communicate and interface effectively with many types of people
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instruction
Ability to pass a verbal assessment test
Ability to pass an alphanumeric keystroke test by typing 20 wpm at 95% accuracy
A knowledge of personal computers in a window based environment, with skills in all Microsoft Office software
Analytical thinker who can make fast decisions and adapt to changes while remaining focused on customer, team and Company goals
Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed timely
Thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
Have strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instruction
Be able to attend a 4-week training session Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5:45 PM; subject to change based on business needs
Successfully pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
